Le Musée en Herbe presented an exhibition event designed with the National Institute of Preventive Archaeological Research (Inrap). Sixty works by the Nouveaux Réalistes were exhibited: Arman, Caesar, Christo, Deschamps, Dufrene, Hains, Klein, Niki de Saint Phalle, Raysse, Rotella, Tinguely, Villeglé ... and Spoerri whose lunch under the grass has was excavated by archaeologists from Inrap in 2010.
A double level of reading was proposed to visitors: - an (re) artistic discovery of this movement, - archeology awareness.
