Long in the service of a codified representation, color followed the requirements of figure and form. With the advent of modernity, it has gradually freed itself from the rule and constraints, to gain independence from the subject. The three primary colors, erected as a symbol of modernity by the historical avant-gardes, will thus assert their autonomy, up to the excess of monochrome.

Far from any scientific demonstration, it is above all here a proposal, a course eclectic assumed, fun and colorful.

Blue, linked to space and purity, became the favorite color of Yves Klein in 1957, the color of which he patented the formula in 1960 under the name of IKB (International Klein Blue). Engaged in a spiritual process, his monochromes are open spaces on the infinite, allowing the pure sensibility to be released.
