Marie Raymond - Yves Klein

Musée des Beaux-Arts d'Angers, Angers, France

This is an event, for the first time, a temporary exhibition of a couple of artists, a mother and her son. This is the unique opportunity to access the most important works of a famous mother in the avant-garde art circles of the 50s and to those of her son, who quickly became one of the most important French artists from the second half of the 20th century, famous thanks to the "klein blue".
Sixty works by Marie Raymond, Yves Klein and Fred Klein (his father) tracing the family's artistic career from the 30s to the 80s are presented at the Museum of Fine Arts in Angers.
